These one day study days are a significant part of the Margaret Pyke Trust's training activity and each day will have at least 1½ hours devoted to contraception. The target audience is doctors and nurses working in this field, who in the course of daily practice life are required to advise patients on a whole range of issues, and who therefore need to be fully informed about recent developments and current thinking. Anyone working in this area of health care is welcome to attend.
The courses, attended by medical professionals from all over the UK and beyond, are recognised by the Faculty of Sexual & Reproductive Health Care and are each valid for 5 hours of re-certification of the DFFP/DFSRH. We aim to provide an enjoyable and informative day with lectures given by people at the highest level within their specialty, and to give the opportunity to meet colleagues, ask questions, and discuss current issues.
